Did you know there was a beach in Casco? It’s true, Point Sebago, a family friendly resort on Lake Sebago, has a real beach! Krystal and Joseph got married on the sand, with the lake just behind them, on a warm and beautiful Saturday this August.
Dawn and Bob got ready at the Wentworth By The Sea, saw each other for the first time of their wedding day at the Wentworth Marina, and then had their reception at the gorgeous Atkinson Resort and County Club, in Atkinson, New Hampshire.
We met Mary Ellen and Dean at Mary Ellen’s sister’s wedding last year (Katie and Joe at the Stageneck Inn) and we were honored and thrilled when they asked us to photograph their own wedding last month.
The Cliff House in Ogunquit, Maine is a jewel of a hotel on the side of the most dramatic cliffs in New England. Two hundred feet over the Atlantic Ocean is a patio just big enough to seat a hundred of your closest friends, should you want a wedding with an Ocean view, the sound of waves crashing on the rocks, and a perfect sea breeze to cool even the hottest summer day.
Already this year, we’ve shot some amazing weddings, but on May 2nd, we had the most incredible wedding at the Nonantum. Christa Stetson and Greg Silva, both of whom work in the wedding and hospitality business at the York Harbor Inn, had a gorgeous wedding at the Nonantum.
I’m thrilled to tell you that Victoria and Chris had a perfect wedding day, with just a touch of heat during the ceremony, but then cool ocean breezes for the reception. Victoria’s grandfather performed the service in Auburn, and on the way down to the Dunegrass Country Club in Old Orchard Beach, we stopped at the beach for some photos with the bridal party.
